Playing
The games are free to play, for as long as they are here, with no account and no payment. We may add, change or retire a game at any time — an original game with three players a month is not worth the space it takes.
What belongs to whom
The games, their code, their artwork and the text on these pages are ours. You may play them, link to them and embed them as described below. You may not copy the files onto another site, sell them, or present them as your own work.
Game rules and mechanics are not owned by anybody, here or elsewhere. If you want to write your own game around the same idea, nothing in these terms stands in your way.
Embedding
Any game may be embedded on another site through its /embed/ address, provided the attribution link stays visible and stays a working link. Removing it, hiding it, or wrapping the frame in your own advertising is not allowed.
Scores
Runs that reach a weekly board are replayed on the server. Runs that do not reproduce are dropped, and accounts that submit fabricated scores lose access to the boards. Nothing else happens: there is no money on the line.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We keep it working and we fix what breaks, but we cannot promise that every game runs on every browser, or that the site is always available.
