A top-down wave shooter built around continuous movement. The jetpack means there is no cover to hide behind and no corner to hold, so survival comes from never being where the enemies expect — and since the arenas are enclosed, that turns into a constant problem of routing rather than aiming. Standing still to line up a shot is the single most reliable way to end a run. Weapons are the second half of it. Each one suits a different shape of crowd, and the mechanical enemies arrive in formations specifically designed to punish the wrong choice: spread weapons for the swarms, precise ones for the armoured units that arrive behind them. Waves escalate in composition rather than only in number, which means a loadout that cleared wave eight comfortably can fail wave nine outright, and adjusting is the skill the game is actually testing.

How to play Battle Blast
- Keep moving at all times; the jetpack is your only defence and stopping removes it.
- Circle the arena rather than crossing it, which keeps the whole crowd in front of you.
- Switch weapons to match the wave rather than sticking with a favourite.
- Deal with the fast units first, because they are what close the distance you rely on.
- Use the boost to break out of a closing formation, not to travel.
Tips
- Corners are traps in an enclosed arena, so treat the middle as safer than the edges.
- Reload and switch during the gap between waves; doing it mid-wave is how runs end.
- If a wave keeps killing you, the answer is a different weapon rather than better aim.
Questions about Battle Blast
Is there cover?
None. Movement is the defence, which is what the jetpack is for.
Do the waves change?
Yes, in composition as well as size, which forces loadout changes.
Is there a weapon progression?
Several weapons are available and each suits a different crowd.
Does it get harder?
Steadily, and by changing the enemy mix rather than only the count.
Does it need a mouse?
Aiming is much easier with one.
Does it need installing?
No, it runs in the browser.
