A party brawler in a last-one-standing format. A crowd of players drops into a small arena, weapons and items are scattered on the ground, the play area shrinks, and almost all of the eliminations come from being shoved into something rather than from careful combat. It is noisy by design. The tactics that work are social rather than mechanical. In a crowd, the player who commits to a fight first is usually the one who gets hit by a third party, so waiting at the edge of a scrap is worth more than winning it, and the shrinking arena eventually does the job of forcing the issue without you. Weapons help but are not decisive — position relative to the nearest drop is worth more than whatever you are holding. Rounds are short, the restart is immediate, and nobody takes it seriously, which is the correct atmosphere for a game this random. Lobbies fill quickly, it runs on weak hardware, and it is a better experience with friends than with strangers simply because the chaos is funnier when you know who caused it.

How to play Nugget Royale
- Wait at the edge of fights rather than joining them; third parties win most exchanges.
- Stay away from drops and edges when the arena shrinks.
- Shove rather than fight where the geometry allows it — the terrain does the damage.
- Pick up items opportunistically, not by crossing the arena for them.
- Restart straight away; rounds are a couple of minutes.
Tips
- Committing first is the most common way to lose in a crowd.
- Position near the centre as the arena closes, not at the last moment.
- Items are useful, not decisive; where you stand matters more.
