A 3D obby built entirely out of giant keyboard keys, where the whole course runs on one number: your speed. Every step you take adds one to it, and that number decides how far a jump carries you. Early on you shuffle across wide platforms with a speed of four and nothing feels dangerous. Two hundred speed later the same platform is a launch ramp, and the hard part is no longer reaching the far side but stopping once you are there.

How to play +1 Speed Keyboard Escape
- Walk anywhere to begin. Nothing else is needed: motion itself is the currency, and standing still earns nothing.
- Watch for the letter floating over your character and press that key. A correct letter is worth far more than a step, and a run of them compounds; a wrong key drops you back to a single letter of value.
- Aim before you leap. Direction is locked the moment you leave the ground, and at three figures of speed a misjudged angle carries you well past the platform you wanted.
- Stand on a treadmill when the course ahead looks unreadable. It feeds speed on the spot while you look for the next safe line.
- Rebirth when progress stalls. It empties the counter but leaves a permanent multiplier behind, so the climb you just made repeats in a fraction of the time.
Tips
- Braking is a skill here. Release the movement key several key-lengths before the edge, because momentum keeps carrying you after your hands stop.
- Trails, pets and sound packs change nothing about how far you jump. If the far end of the course is the goal, every coin belongs in multipliers first.
- The typing bonus is worth more than any shortcut across the map, so a slow lap with a clean letter streak beats a fast lap without one.
Questions about +1 Speed Keyboard Escape
What does the +1 in the name mean?
It is the reward for a single step. Every footfall raises your speed stat by one, and the stat is what the whole course is balanced around.
Why does my character fly past the platform?
Speed sets jump distance and there is no air control worth the name. Slow down first, then jump; landing short is recoverable, overshooting rarely is.
Is the typing part optional?
Yes, you can finish the course on footsteps alone. It will simply take much longer, because a letter streak pays several steps at once.
Why is the first start so slow?
The game is a Unity build of roughly eighteen megabytes and the browser has to fetch and compile it. Later visits come from cache and start far quicker.
Does anything carry over between runs?
Rebirth multipliers and cosmetics do. Raw speed does not, which is why a rebirth at the right moment is worth more than another lap.
