An arena game about resource allocation disguised as a snowball fight. You roll up snow from the iceberg you are standing on, and then you decide what to do with it: one enormous snowball that is devastating and slow to build, or several small ones you can throw immediately. That decision is the game. The iceberg itself is the complication. Gathering snow removes it from the surface, so building a large ball literally shrinks the ground everybody is standing on, and the arena gets smaller as the round progresses whether anybody intends it or not. The surface is slippery, so a thrown ball pushes you backwards and a large one pushes you a long way — which means throwing is also a positioning decision. Rounds last a couple of minutes and end when one player is left. Lobbies fill with real players, eliminations are quick, and the restart is immediate. The presentation is simple and readable, it runs on weak hardware, and it plays with a drag on a phone. A genuinely clever twist on the arena format rather than a reskin of one.

- Gather from the edges of the iceberg rather than from under your own feet.
- Account for the recoil; throwing a large ball moves you a long way.
- Throw small balls at players who are gathering, since they cannot move.
- Keep away from the shrinking edges once the surface has been depleted.
Tips
- Gathering snow shrinks the ground everybody stands on, including yours.
- A player mid-gather cannot move and is the easiest target in the game.
- Recoil on a large throw is large enough to put you in the water.
