Worldle

A daily geography puzzle with a very clean structure. You are shown the silhouette of a country with no labels, borders or context, and you have a limited number of guesses — each of which reports how far away your answer was and in which direction. That feedback turns it into a deduction game rather than a quiz. Even a wildly wrong first guess narrows the answer enormously: three hundred kilometres north-east is a much smaller space than the world, and two such reports triangulate to a region. So the strategy is to guess somewhere you can reason from rather than somewhere you think is right, which is the same skill the word-guessing games reward. Recognising silhouettes is genuinely learnable and this is an efficient way to learn it, because the answer is revealed immediately and the shapes recur over weeks. Small island nations are the recurring difficulty and the reason most streaks end. Rounds take a couple of minutes, there is one puzzle a day shared by everybody, and no account is needed. It works on a phone and runs on anything. A short, smart daily habit that teaches something real without ever feeling like it is trying to.
