Orbit Kick

It is a progression game disguised as a sport. The one-shot structure is what makes the upgrade loop satisfying. There is no skill to grind and no run to extend; there is one input, and the only way to go further is to have spent your previous earnings well. That puts all the decision-making in the shop, where power, angle control, bounce and air time each change the trajectory in different ways and the correct purchase depends on where your current kick is losing distance. Sessions are very short by nature: kick, watch, upgrade, kick again. That makes it a good game to pick up for two minutes and a poor one to sit with, which is exactly what it is designed for. It plays with one tap on a phone, saves progress reliably, and the numbers get absurd in the way this genre requires.
